Simple Sunday...

I didn't do much today.  Got up at 7 am with the girl, let the dogs out, fed Gracely, and crashed on the couch until around 9.  We then started her Valentine's for her class party on the 10th.  We'll have to finish them up Tuesday before school so she can take them with her.

Then we went outside to do our exercise because it was around 50 degrees(F).... so that was nice.  A bit muddy, but nice.  Yes, I did say exercise...hope nobody faints  :)  I'm doing my damndest to get back into the swing of things.  Since revealing my actual weight to one of my loveys (shhhh...its a secret), its been bugging the holy hell out of me. Of course, I just finished a venti mocha from Starbuck's too :::laughs::: Oh well, I'll take the good with the bad.....

After our trip outside, her dad came by to drop off some stuff for me to mail.  So he hung around a little while.  He hasn't seen Gracie since right after Thanksgiving.  He said she's definitely thinned out, which almost got under my skin, but knowing him as I do...I let it slide.  She was never a fat baby, but she was stocky for walking since 10 months old.  So now that she runs all the time...the baby fat is gone and she's damn near 4 feet tall now at 3 years, 4months....  I'm so hoping she has his genes for metabolism!  She has his feet  :)

He left and I put her down for a nap.  Then I got to chat with Stacy's hubby for awhile...actually he was relaying my messages to her and then he typed her responses.  My first online 3 threesome...lol.  That's not true....Stacy, Nae and I had one once....  Oh..I'm kidding... I've had lots of them online before  :)

After that, I went by Johnny's to get my dad's truck back from my brother and hungthere for a few.  J wanted me to go to across the street with him to watch the game...but I have zero energy today.  I swear these thyroid pills make me sleepy.  They are supposed to make my thyroid work to give me energy...Ha!  So I took a rain check and came back home.  I should give that man some~he's so sweet to me..... nahhh....

So, now I'm sitting here at this damn computer again.  At least its halftime so I can see (and listen) to Paul!  McCartney, that is..... my most favorite Beatle in the whole wide world.  I hope he sings 'Baby, I'm amazed'  they keep playing it when they show the commercials, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed :)   Or 'Band on the run'  it's sublime, too!  Hell, I like all his stuff....

I still need to take a shower before I go to bed.  Oooo halftime!  I love him!  He still looks good, too :)  Nevermind me...I got a thing for accents :::winks:::  'Hey Jude'...wow...I forgot about that one, too..... sweet!  It's nice to see all the young girls in the crowd.... that they know good music and decent lyrics when they hear them.  Or maybe it's just because he's a legend and they can be on TV  :::laughs:::

Well, that wraps my day up... nothing happened, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.... We are all healthy and still breathing, so why complain.... anymore  :)   Purged it out of my system last night...  As did my buddy, Stacy.... actually, hers may have been this morning <hugs, Love>

Ending this transmission....

Everything old is new again - time for a new generation to discover the Beatles and the Beach Boys and be shocked that we know the words too :-)

Hey Cat, sounds like a eventful day to me. I too have been trying to get back in the swing of things. I need to get out and do some exercising myself.

Wasn't Paul great?! He just made me so happy, my only complaint is that he didn't get to sing longer!

I am with you...my thyroid pill doesn't seem to be working at all lately...I am so dang tired all the time...if it wasn't for Josh keeping me awake most of the time, I would be sleeping my life away.
*hugs*
PS...that was a good half time show!  ;)

I was quite impressed with the SuperBowl entertainment this year ;)  Chris and I were talking about it during the opening ceremonies..even though I liked Beyonce singing last year, having the military choirs sing was just awesome...and I'd much rather see Paul McCartney onstage than JT and Janet Jackson ;)  I'm still drying my eyes over the Eagles not winning, but T.O. was in-freakin-credible!!!!!
Have a great week Cat!
